Andrius Griškevičius is a certified board member and chairman with more than 20 years of senior executive experience across both public and private sectors. He currently serves as CEO of AB Detonas, a state-owned explosives manufacturing company, where he is responsible for strategic development and the expansion of defense-related activities.

Throughout his professional career, he has held CEO, COO, CTO, and board member positions in organizations including UAB Grinda, UAB RailHolding, UAB Orlen Service Lietuva, as well as in the telecommunications, finance, and aviation sectors. His core areas of expertise include strategic planning, business development and transformation, process optimization, digitalization, and cybersecurity.

He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Applied Physics from Vilnius University and has completed business studies at Copenhagen Business School. He is certified as a board member and chairman by Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance and has professional competencies in LEAN, TOC, ITIL, ISO management systems, data analytics, and cybersecurity.
